At My Club Closet, every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer custom team designs, unique merchandise, and no order minimums for your club or league.
Production Time
Because each item is made to order, production takes a little time.
Some of our products are fully printed garments that are printed, cut, and sewn from scratch, which requires additional production steps to ensure the highest quality.
Production time typically ranges from 3–15 business days, depending on the item.
The estimated production time will always be listed on each product page so you know what to expect before ordering.
Shipping Time
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Once your item has finished production, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping speed depends on the carrier and shipping option selected at checkout.
Why Shipping Costs Can Vary
Because our products use different printing methods and are produced by specialized facilities, items within the same order may sometimes ship from different locations.
While this can occasionally affect shipping costs, it allows us to:

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on where they are produced.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items from My Club Closet are custom printed after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.
Each item is made specifically for you, which allows us to offer custom team merchandise, unique designs, and no order minimums for clubs and leagues.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make changes to sizes, products, shipping addresses, or designs.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
We stand behind the quality of everything we produce. If your order arrives with:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and make it right as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Sizes
Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart listed on each product page before ordering.
